You’ve got to want it. I know that advice sucks- but really, if you don’t want it bad enough, it’s not going to happen. You need to believe in yourself and do mini goals, because it’s not going to happen quickly- it could, but then it will NOT last. You can do it. Good luck.
I need to lose a few pounds, and start working out again. Ugh. This is going to be rough, but this time I know how to make it work and I’m going for it. I have tried to lose weight so many unsuccessful times. Now I know that I have to move slowly- I can’t just jump into it. Also, no rest days.
