I found some clothes in my closet that I want to...
I need to lose a few pounds, and start working out again. Ugh. This is going to be rough, but this time I know how to make it work and I’m going for it. I have tried to lose weight so many unsuccessful times. Now I know that I have to move slowly- I can’t just jump into it. Also, no rest days.

Went to the doctor and didn’t look when I was on the scale but the nurse said my weight out loud. I’m at my HW ever.
